What makes Route3gym unique?
Traditionally, most fitness professionals have been associated with only one or two services. We wanted to make sure that we could fasilitate for a number of elements at Route3gym. All of our individualised programmes are comprehensive and precise in order to meet the objectives set, and they provide a unique opportunity to work consistently with a single instructor/practitioner.
What can I expect at my first appointment?
The initial consultation for all services provided is crucial because it allows you to meet the instructor/practitioner and build a report. In addition to this it also provides us with all of the necessary details/information so that we can plan professional, precise, and thorough programme/treatment.
What should I wear?
You should wear comfortable clothing or athletic wear for all the services provided. For all sports massage appointments wear clothing that will allow access to the area being treated. Towels will be provided for additonal coverage.
