Regain Phase

The Regain Phase is a personalised programme that focuses on improving specific aspects such as mobility, stability, function, strength, and endurance.

The goal of this programme is to provide preventative care to any regions of the body that may be weak or bothersome. By concentrating on all aspects of training, the likelihood of injury or recurrence can be reduced.

Whilst identifying and modifying training strategies, we have discovered that this programme can instil confidence and increase your morale so you can get back to participating in the activites you enjoy.

When it comes to preventative care within the regaining process, timing is paramount. We risk exacerbating pain and slowing recovery as we try to improve (strength, stability, mobility) during the acute/inflammatory phase of an injury. Similarly, if the regain phase is overlooked, the body's biomechanics will adjust to compensate for the pain, resulting in future complications.

In regards to both parties being able to work together, certain criteria would have to be met.

Regain Phase includes:

  • Free online consultation

  • Postural and movement assessment

  • Weekly 20-30 minute checkins/virtual meetings (1x/week)

  • End of the month re-evaluation and updating of short, medium & long term goals

  • 24/7 access to the practitioner/trainer through online messaging platform.

  • Personalised workouts and progress tracking

  • Analysis to break down exercise form

  • Additional suggestions for potential pain relief
